Meet... Haida Paul
I would love for you to meet Haida Paul. I am so priviledge to have to chance to photograph the award recipients for Women in Film's Spotlight awards. I get a chance to meet the most wonderful people. Haida was amazing we chatted about everything, changes to the industury, her life journey, ups and downs. She is one inspiring lady! She is a wonderful choice for the Lifetime Achievement Award.

For the first time, WIFTV is presenting the Spotlight Lifetime Achievement Award. Haida Paul is best known as a film and sound editor for dramatic and documentary films, although those who know her, love her and have worked with her will quickly remind you that she is also a teacher and mentor. Her commitment to human rights, including women’s rights, have made her a beloved and revered figure in our film community.
